SelectScience provides an independent reviews platform for scientists to share your expertise and be heard by manufacturers.
Why leave a review on SelectScience?
Scientists rely on lab product reviews to make informed purchasing decisions. Leaving a lab product review on the equipment, consumables, or antibodies, you use is an easy way you can support your peers in industry.
We welcome all lab product reviews, the good, the bad, and the constructive, from scientists and laboratory and healthcare professionals anywhere in the world.
Plus, SelectScience regularly holds review giveaways, meaning that by leaving a review you also have the chance to be entered into a prize draw. SelectScience regularly gives away Gift Cards, technology, and exclusive SelectScience merch.
And – it’s easy! We appreciate that your time is precious, and our review form is built with that in mind. Plus, if you’re a member, you can view all your published reviews on your SelectScience profile.
What should I include in my review?
When completing a lab product review, consider some of the following aspects:
- Usability
- Reliability
- Software
- After sales service
- Value for money
The SelectScience review process
All reviews submitted to SelectScience are moderated by our editorial team, to ensure that all reviews published on site can be trusted to be independent reviews from real and genuine scientists and laboratory professionals.
Once your review is submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation that we have received your review, and your review comments will be moderated. Reviews containing inappropriate content or language will be removed. All comments may be moderated for spelling, grammar, and readability. If required, review comments may be translated and published in English (US).
A copy of your review will also be sent to the manufacturer of the product or antibody being reviewed. All manufacturers have the right to reply to any reviews, SelectScience does not edit or remove reviews at the request of the manufacturer.
During the moderation, you may be contacted by SelectScience if there is ambiguity regarding the product being reviewed. Reviews are typically moderated and published within one week of submission; you will be notified by email once your review has been published. If you’re a SelectScience member, you can view all your published reviews on your profile. It’s free to be a member, sign up today.
