This application note demonstrates the extraction of vitamin D using 96-well supported liquid extraction (SLE) prior to LC-MS/MS analysis. It leads the reader through the various stages of analysis from sample preparation with SLE through to the ideal conditions required for HPLC and MS. It finally presents the results found and conclusions drawn from the study.
