Rapid Detection of Antibiotic Resistance Genes using Recombinase Polymerase Amplification (RPA) on a Microfluidic Device

Public Health England are developing rapid isothermal molecular assays for detection of antimicrobial resistance genes to inform antibiotic prescribing at point-of-care. This project is in partnership with our point-of-care device experts, Sharp Laboratories of Europe and the University of Southampton who are providing expertise in microfluidics and miniaturization.
