In this application note, Biotage describes the extraction of testosterone and androstenedione from female patient serum samples using ISOLUTE® SLE+ (96 well) plates. SLE plates offer an efficient alternative to traditional liquid-liquid extraction and provide analyte recoveries in excess of 90%.
