Reliable, standardized and high quality DNA preparations, delivered by chemistry adapted robotic platforms are key elements of many genomics based plant breeding programs. The sbeadex® mini plant kit has been developed to extract genomic DNA from a wide variety of plant materials and the magnetic particle based DNA extraction protocol can be easily automated using the oKtopure™ automated robot developed by the instrumentation team at LGC Genomics.
