Automated plasma proteomic sample preparation

The protocol benefits from a straightforward sample preparation workflow provided by the PreOmics iST Kit, a single-run liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) proteomic workflow that promises to enable reproducible quantitative analysis of hundreds of plasma proteomes.
