Analysis of Amphetamine(s) and Bathsalt Type Drugs in Hair Using SPE and LC-MS/MS
26 Jan 2015Hair testing can be employed in forensic toxicology laboratories as a basis for documenting chronic or long term exposure to drugs. This poster aims to assist the forensic community by offering analysts in forensic facilities a method that permits small samples of hair to be analyzed for amphetamine and bathsalt (synthetic cathinones) type drugs in a clean format with minimal matrix effects and excellent analytical characteristics in terms of both LC-MS/MS and solid phase extraction.
