Scientific Poster: Advancing Beyond the World of Small Molecules: Measuring Protein Analyte Panels in Dried Blood Spots (DBS) Using an Automated SISCAPA Workflow

Measuring key protein biomarkers in dried blood spot (DBS) samples is challenging for a number of reasons. To address these challenges, the authors of this poster present an automated, multiplexed workflow f o r measurement of low-abundance proteins in DBS samples, using Stable Isotope Standards and Capture by Anti-Peptide Antibodies (SISCAPA) to specifically enrich the target peptide analytes.
