Multimode readers are popular tools used for both endpoint and kinetic measurements, but the temperature inside the measurement chamber of a reader may vary significantly to the room temperature. This application note demonstrates how Tecan’s Te-Cool module for the Spark platform, the first air conditioning system for a multimode reader, addresses this problem.
