BioPharma Accurate Intact Protein Mass in 5 Seconds with ultrafleXtreme™

This application brief describes the analysis of protein mass using the Bruker ultrafleXtreme™. Results show that the ultrafleXtreme™ obtains ppm mass accuracy for proteins up to 70 kDa in 5 seconds, with proteins up to 30 kDa being isotopically resolved.
