Application Note: Temperature-dependent growth of environmental pathogens

This application note describes the generation of growth curves for P. syringae and E. amylovora at three different temperatures – 18°, 26° and 30°C – using the Spark^® Multimode Reader, controlling the temperature with the Te-Cool™ module. In addition, streptomycin of E. amylovora was investigated at various antibiotic concentrations.
