Streptavdin biosensors enable the kinetic analysis and screening of biological molecules that, when used with the ForteBio Octet platform, enable real-time, accurate protein analysis. It is often advantageous to reuse your biosensors for further assays, but it can be challenging to successfully dissociate your protein of interest. This technical note describes a method for successful biosensor regeneration.
