Rapid Measurement of IgG Using Fluorescence Polarization

5 May 2018

The accurate, rapid and high-throughput measurement of IgG is essential in the development, and the subsequent manufacture of most therapeutic antibodies, as monoclonal antibodies are becoming increasingly dominant in biopharmaceuticals. In this application note, we describe the use of the Synergy™ Neo2 Hybrid Multi-Mode Reader to rapidly determine IgG concentrations using the fluorescence polarization based Valita™TITER assay kit provided by Valitacell.

Agilent BioTek Synergy Neo2 Hybrid Multimode Reader

Agilent Technologies

Agilent BioTek Synergy Neo2 multimode microplate reader features proprietary Hybrid Technology, with independent optical paths that ensure excellent performance in all detection modes. Variable bandwidth quad monochromators, sensitive high transmission filter-based optics, laser TRF, and up to 4 PMTs provide ultrafast measurements.
