Quantitation of dsDNA Assay Concentrations using DeNovix Fluorescence Assays

14 Nov 2017

Fluorescence methods allow specific and sensitive quantitation of biomolecules. Fluorophores are molecules that absorb light at one wavelength (excitation wavelength) and then emit light at another (emission wavelength). This application note describes a method to quantitate dsDNA using the DeNovix dsDNA fluorescence quantification assays.

DeNovix Fluorescence Quantification Assays

DeNovix

DeNovix Fluorescence Assay Kits and Fluorometers provide the greatest sensitivity and widest dynamic range. Selectively and accurately quantify DNA or RNA in the presence of common contaminants such as other nucleic acids or protein.
