In this application note, Waters investigates the effects of novel hybrid barrier surface technologies on metal-insensitive compounds, using gefitinib (Iressa) as a candidate molecule. The ACQUITY PREMIER System and MaxPeak HPS Columns are designed to improve the robustness and reproducibility for bioanalysis of gefitinib.
