Instrument considerations for successful adaptation of amino acid analysis methods

In this application note, successful method adaptation for multiple amino acid application areas, including those amino acids found in protein hydrolysate, cell culture, food and feed, and alkylated cysteines samples, from the ACQUITY UPLC to the ACQUITY Premier Binary System was demonstrated. The critical performance characteristics were maintained after method adaptation.
