Evaluation of HoloMonitor M4 cell motility applications as compared to standard methods
1 Sept 2019In this application note, Phase Holographic Imaging evaluates the HoloMonitor M4 software modules for cell tracking, wound healing, and population motility based on outcome and reproducibility. Additionally, the results were compared to the standard methods - Boyden transwell assays.
