Celloger Mini Plus application: Co-culture

Here, CURIOSIS shows how the Celloger^® Mini Plus can be utilized for monitoring co-cultures. This time-lapse video shows the growth of K562 and NK92 cells (Calcein AM stained K562) and the images were taken every 30 minutes for a total time of 18 hours using the Celloger^® Mini Plus 4X objective, green fluorescence.
