Profiling Trace Metals in Food

This webinar focuses on arsenic analysis of rice and emphasize arsenic speciation of rice using HPLC-ICP-MS. Arsenic analyses were performed using an Agilent 1200 HPLC - 7700 ICP – MS system. Sample preparation to digest rice samples for total arsenic concentration using a microwave digestion system with high pressure capability will be discussed as well as digestion of rice samples for arsenic speciation.
