An Automated System for the Analysis of Fatty Acid Methyl Esters (FAME) in Edible Oils
12 Jun 2012

Traditionally the preparation of fatty acid methyl esters for GC has been a manual procedure requiring numerous hours of labor. This presentation will focus on the preparation of fatty acid methyl ester using and automated processing using an Agilent 7696 Work Bench and analysis by GC with MS and FID.
