"I used Applied Biosystems and Qiagen One-Step PCR Kits the first time I ran an experiment to quantify mRNA from primary rat splenocytes. I preferred the Applied Biosystems Kit because the directions were clear, there were fewer reagents that needed to be incorporated into the master mix and the results were more consistent between replicates."
