The PixSys systems are designed to set up sitting drop, hanging drop and MicroBatch crystallization reactions as well as sequencing and PCR based assays. The work deck can be formatted with either a 10 plate or 50 slide configuration. Non-contact low volume (nL) dispensing is accomplished using market proven synQUADTM technology from Genomic Solution providing precise and accurate dispensing and conservation of valuable samples. This approach maintains precision at low volumes with even the most challenging solutions such as detergents and more viscous solutions e.g. 30% PEG.
