Analysis of minerals and refractory raw materials

The NEX DE - ED XRF is very useful in determining the all minerals samples. The FP software especially is very good, which can be used for unknown samples. My observation is that some trace elements are also detected and values are accurate to that of certified reference material.

The Rigaku NEX DE high performance, direct excitation EDXRF elemental analyzer is equipped with a 60 kV, 12 W X-ray tube to deliver significant improvements in elemental peak resolution and counting statistics, resulting in superior calibrations and precision for the most challenging measurements. The system operates on the latest Rigaku QuantEZ analytical software running under the Microsoft Windows operating system, on a laptop or benchtop personal computer (PC). The software offers all the functions required for calibration and routine operation.sodium (Na) through uranium (U) in almost any matrix, from solids and alloys to powders, liquids and slurries.
