I use it everyday!
Application Area: Polymeric nanoparticles and protein conjugates
"We use the Mobius to measure size and zeta potential of nanoparticles as well as nanoparticle-protein conjugates. Results are consistent and reproducible."

Consistent results. Almost turn key for routine analyses, with power to dig deeper.
Application Area:Microparticle analysis
"We have been using the Mobius for more than 4 years now - it is robust and reliable, and has been easy to get undergraduate researchers up to speed on. The data analysis tools are customizable to our specific needs, which also contributes to the ease of use. Our applications are somewhat challenging due to low refractive index contrast (and hence low scattering cross-sections), but the instrument has the sensitivity needed even for these very difficult measurements."

Amazing results, reliable and reproducible
Application Area:Measuring electrophoretic mobility and zeta potential of proteins
"Knowing the charge of our proteins is critical for formulation development, and the Mobius makes reliable and accurate measurements for us on a constant basis. We've coupled it with an Agilent pump and auto-sampler for higher throughput, and are very pleased with the data."
The Mobius® uses phase-analysis light scattering (PALS) makes reliable, reproducible, and non-destructive electrophoretic mobility measurements of macromolecules and nanoparticles as small as 2 nm in radius, in addition to dynamic light scattering (DLS) for size. Thanks to an innovative, electro-optical design incorporating 31 parallel detectors, the Möbius characterizes the charge of fragile biomolecules non-destructively at low applied voltage.
Size and zeta potential are measured simultaneously in order to monitor potential sample degradation, to calculate zeta potential or surface charge, and to make these measurements on-line following separation by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) or asymmetric-flow field-flow fractionation (AF4). The Möbius interfaces with a standard autosampler for high productivity and unattended overnight, multi-sample analyses.
The Atlas™ flow cell pressurization system extends the range of accurate, repeatable mobility measurements to difficult samples such as proteins in high-salt buffers.
