The MagNA Pure LC Cooling Block, LC Centrifuge Adapters, holds 32 LightCycler® Centrifuge Adapters containing LightCycler® Capillaries (20 µl). The Cooling Block is designed to cool the capillaries during automated PCR setup by the MagNA Pure LC Instrument. In addition, the Cooling Block holds fifteen 1.5 ml reaction tubes (e.g., for master mixes).
The stage of the MagNA Pure LC Instrument includes a cooling area, which is designed for various post-elution pipetting processes. Different Cooling Blocks for different applications can be placed in this cooling area. The cooling area is sufficient for holding two MagNA Pure LC Cooling Block, LC Centrifuge Adapters.
