The MagNA Pure LC Cooling Block, A-Ring holds one or two A-Rings with bar codes. Application of the corresponding Post Elution Module of the MagNA Pure LC Software results in automatic filling of the A-Rings with purified nucleic acids and compatible PCR reagents, which are also positioned on the Cooling Block. The A-Rings are then ready to be transferred to an instrument platform for testing.
The stage of the MagNA Pure LC Instrument includes a cooling area that is designed for various post-elution pipetting processes. Different Cooling Blocks for different applications can be placed in this cooling area.
Note: MagNA Pure LC Software Version 3.0 must be installed in order to use the MagNA Pure LC Cooling Block, A-Ring. The Cooling Block is intended for general laboratory use. Contact your local Roche representative for further details.
