Analyze polar monomers using RP HPLC
Phenomenex was excellent at making a recommendation for an HPLC column for my particular application. Providing multiple example chromatograms and some application notes. I ended up purchasing the Luna HILIC column and it was a perfect match for my needs. Having never run a HILIC column the care and installation guide that came with it as well as the tips for use were great. Easily installed and got great repeatable results. This column held up much better and gave better resolution than RP columns I was using. Highly recommend Phenomenex's technical support and this column if it fits your needs.

We used this column for the LC-MS separation and profiling water-soluble vitamins in fruit juices and extracts. The column is robust and suits our needs for high volume and high throughput. Good peak shapes can be obtained in standards as well as in matrix. The column can withstand lost of injections.
