The Leica AM6000 integrates the functions of a fully automated inverted research microscope with electronic micromanipulators making it ideal for In vitro fertilization (IVF), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and Intracytoplasmic morphologically-selected sperm injection (IMSI) techniques.
All main functions of the microscope and micromanipulators are controlled by one central unit, which eliminates switching between system components and allows easy, convenient operation. The result is safer operation, reduced system vibration, and time-savings during both routine work and training. The ability to store and recall magnification, contrast methods and the automated correlation of the micromanipulators with varying magnification provides easy, convenient operation.
