New Brunswick Scientific’s stylish new large-capacity incubated Innova 43 Shaker and 43R with added refrigeration provide built-in programming capability to make growing cultures a stress-free operation.  Automatically ramp temperature up or down, change agitation rate on a timed basis, or place your cultures in metabolic stasis until you’re ready to attend to them. Programmed changes to photosynthetic lighting and UV decontamination are also available on Model 43R.

An expanded temperature range, from 5°C above ambient to 80°C (minimum setpoint is 4°C) provides the versatility for culturing a wider range of cell types, as does the speed range of 25 – 500 rpm. The refrigerated Innova 43R offers settings right down to ambient minus 20°C. These versatile shakers are capable of handling flasks up to 6 litres, and are available with either 2.54cm (1”) or 5.1cm (2”) orbit.

Attention has been paid to everyday usability, too. The easy-access foot pedal effortlessly raises the lid, leaving hands free to carry samples, and the display is clearly visible from all angles and at a distance. The legendary reliability and safety of NBS Shakers is assured with a cool-running brushless motor that never requires lubrication and is governed by a unique acceleration/ deceleration circuit that eliminates flask closure wetting. With a built-in RS232 port for datalogging and computer control, plus further advanced functions developed in conjunction with scientists, the latest addition to the Innova range can be depended on to provide the perfect partner for your research.
