"After years of 30-180 minute transfers, the iBlot system is a 7-8 minute breeze. The quality of the blot is as good or better than the old technique, but the speed of transfer makes overnight transfers a thing of the past. Some optimization is recommended, even if you think the default is giving great results, try a couple of the others to confirm." |

"The iBlot is a convenient way to speed up your research. We have been using the iBlot for about 3 years now. Our results using the iBlot were very similar to those with previous methods." |

"The iBlot system is very easy to use and very fast in comparison to traditional transfer methods. It is user-friendly, quick and works well, because of this I would recommend it. However, the only downside is that components of the transfer such as the copper gel and sponge are not reusable, which feels a little bit wasteful." |
