From SDS-PAGE to IEF to DNA sequencing, Thermo Series 90 high voltage power supplies will handle all routine electrophoretic applications.

  • 3000-90 (3000V, 300mA, 300W)
  • 600-90 (4000V, 300mA, 300W)
  • 6000-90 (6000V, 200mA, 200W)

These power supplies can operate in constant voltage, constant current or constant power operating modes, with automatic crossover. To take full advantage of the power of the Series 90 power supplies, four sets of output connectors are included for running multiple gels.

The compact and lightweight design allows for easy movement and a better fit on lab benches. For convenience, each power supply displays all operating parameters on bright displays. In addition, these units feature an auto restart function to prevent the loss of valuable samples.

Easy-to-use
The Series 90 Power Supplies offer state-of-the-art technology and still remain simple to operate. Each model utilizes sophisticated microprocessor technology to make operations simple and accurate. Digital encoders replace conventional adjustment controls and allow for precise digital control while retaining the convenience of knobs. Once set, each adjustment control will retain its setting even if the power is switched off, eliminating the need to readjust the output when doing the same experiment repeatedly. A built in 100-hour up/down timer accommodates timed runs.

Sophisticated safety features
Each Thermo power supply is equipped with a load sensing interlock that disables the high voltage until the proper electrical connections have been made. Thermo's power supplies are also equipped with an advanced ground leakage detection circuit to protect users when unsafe operating conditions arise.
