"We bought this pipette for std/sample prep for the determination of MSM. We normally have more than 100 samples in a month. I use this to pipette 20 mL of acetonitrile. After using this pipette for 2 weeks (approx. 70 samples), I noticed that it wasn't dispensing the right vol. This was warranted by calibration. I returned the product. At the beginning of my conversation w/ the CS rep., he told me that I couldn’t return the pipette. I explained that I used it for 2 weeks and it didn't deliver the right vol. After quite a long conversation, he approved the return."   |

"This auto-pipettor is easy to use and the service is excellent. I would recommend it anytime to any user. I would also keep on purchasing an Eppendorf auto-pipettor in the future. The after sales service in terms of repair and re-calibration is great. I have a few of the Eppendorf products at my laboratory. I also use a centrifuge to process my sludge samples for bicarbonate alkalinity testing." |

"I love this latest version of the Eppendorf Xplorer pipette. It is very sophisticated and allows me to link several steps together in a user friendly program edit mode. I damaged my right elbow tendon manually mixing cells and I can program this pipette to do the work for me. I just have to hold the pipette which is easy since it is so light. Without this pipette I would not be able to work in the lab. I would highly recommend this pipette for anyone who is performing a lot of repetitive manual pipette manipulations. The electronic pipette is great for preventing RSI that becomes very common in individuals who have worked in the lab all of their lives. The cost of the pipette is minimal compared to the costs of lost work due to surgery to repair repetitive strain injuries. The pipette should be promoted by OSH committees at work." |
