"This system is really easy to use and avoids wasting time in the dark room. But you're not really able to choose your exposure time, for example if you want to over-expose your blot." |

"This machine is very easy to use. The software is good and intuitive. However, I found the after sales service to be inadequate, after I requested a replacement part that took 2 months to receive." |

"Sales service is excellent but, in my experience, the system does break down and a call to service is required. Can be used for a variety of molecules, DNA, RNA and protein but changing settings can be cumbersome. I would not recommend it for multiple users." |

"Great imaging system for UV and westerns. It's broken a couple of times in the 3 years we've had it but when it works, it works well." |
