The CatchPoint cGMP Assay Kit is optimized to measure low levels of cyclic-GMP activity commonly associated with effectors such as protein kinases, cGMP-dependent phosphodiesterases, and cGMP-gated ion channels.
This high affinity immunoassay enables accurate and robust detection of low-expression targets, resists interference from colored or fluorescent compounds and provides rapid signal development (<10 minutes) so you can quickly setup high throughput screens. Each enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit is available in Explorer (two 96- or 384-well plates) or Bulk (ten 96-well or twenty 384-well plates) configurations.
