Scie-Plas BioHazard Shields, in 6mm acrylic are designed to provide lab personnel with splash protection from biohazardous materials while providing an unobstructed view of the worksurface.
Each shield is angled to minimise annoying reflections, while an extended base provides both stability and a large work area.
Four different models are available; Large, Small, Slim-line and Cell-counter. The Slimline model is a narrower version of the Large and allows easy access to the work area with both hands. The Cell-counter is designed for use with small manual and semi-automated haematology counters. Its base slides under the counter for added stability.
