The Cabinplant bean snipper is designed for automatic snipping of green beans. It has a high capacity and flexibility and provides a gentle product treatment. The bean snipper is easy to clean to ensure a high hygiene standard. Capacity 1.5 - 2.0 t/h, depending on the bean size. The bean snipper consists of: Rotating drum with plastic segments with slot openings of 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 and 7.0 mm. The segments are available with straight or crinkled slots Triangular knives on the outside of the drum to snip the beans Inside rotating drum to increase snipping efficiency and protect the beans against breakage Outside rotating brush to keep the drum clean Frame in stainless steel square bars Safety guarding with electrical interlock The bean snipper can be used for round beans (haricots verts) as well as for flat beans.
