This gradient system uses three Adept CE 4100 high pressure dual piston pumps, each providing a flow rate in one microlitre increaments. The ground breaking WaveQuest UV/Visible ultra-fast scanning detector, provides added flexibility. The WaveQuest provides a trustworthy alternative to a photodiode array detection and provides superior stability. Hence only one detector is required for method development and for monitoring to the highest of sensitivities. System control and data processing is provided by PowerStream data processing software and interface unit, CE 4900.
Column heater/chillers can be supplied. The supplied analytical pumps may be substituted by semi-preparative pumps.
