This year at ACHEMA, held in Frankfurt from the 18th to 22nd June, Huber will show numerous temperature control innovations for the process industry. In addition to new Unistats, cooling systems, bath thermostats and Atex solutions, Huber will be introducing the new Pilot ONE thermostat for the first time.

With the motto "One for all - all for one" the new state-of-the-art controller - Pilot ONE, features the latest touch screen technology, giving the look and feel of current smartphones. The new Pilot ONE fits all Unistats, Unichillers and control is fully backwards compatible with older models, upgrading and modernizing almost the entire equipment program through additional functionality.

Huber will present an interesting cross section of their product range including the new HTS heat transfer stations. These compact cooling systems can be connected to existing chilled water supplies to provide a cooling circuit with stable pressure and flow, with precisely controlled temperatures. New Unistats for process engineering, improved MPC thermostats and new circulation and cooling thermostats, bath thermostats, specialized equipment and ATEX solutions will be available to view. In addition, the "Hubear" cuddly teddy bear mascot will be there - but only while stocks last.

Peter Huber Kältemaschinenbau AG

Hydraulically sealed circulator with atmospheric open expansion tank for open baths and external closed systems High system performance (watt/litre) due to minimized internal volume No HTF vapour and no moisture absorption because the expansion tank is thermally passive For external open baths the expansion tank will be blocked off. This means that the thermostat is atmospherically sealed and can be located below or above the level of the application. Plug & Play Technology, microprocessor controlled, with integrated programmer, external sensor and removable control unit for remote control Adjustable overtemperature protection according to DIN 12876. New: Expanded temperature range -45°C...+250°C, self-optimizing adaptive control (TAC), self-optimizing adaptive control, colour TFT touchscreen, simple operation, Huber-Software SpyLight (PC). Extended connection possibilities via exchangeable Interface module: ComBox (Namur Standard): RS232, RS485 bidirectional, control input 24V or contact (release), 3 analogue outputs 4-20mA, 1 analogue input 4-20mA, control output 30V/100mA volt free, can be configured as alarm contact.
