The company, which is dedicated to the field of haemostasis, has designed the solution to ensure that customers are provided with reliable, efficient instruments and reagents, all backed up by a dedicated support team.

Stago’s knowledgeable technical specialists are able to resolve over 80 % of queries by telephone, as well as providing on-site visits if necessary. In addition, highly trained application specialists are available to offer advice regarding system installation and application troubleshooting, and also provide both on- and off-site customer training.
