High Throughput Screening

High throughput screening (HTS) is an automated drug discovery technique for identification of active compounds against a compound library. The tool uses robotic automation for high throughput assay data processing. Features to consider in designing a high throughput screen include workstation system, microplates, labeling, cell lines, assay development, readers and analysis software.
