High Content Screening
High Content Screening (HCS), sometimes called high content analysis, used in drug discovery, is a high-throughput analytical technique using image-based cellular assays. Cellular components are tagged with a fluorescent label to assay activities such as apoptosis, cell viability and cytotoxicity. Consider instrumentation, software, reagent kits and imaging systems when using high content screening.
