Determination of Triterpenes in Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola) by HPLC-CAD

In this note chromatograms generated using UV and Corona CAD detection are compared, and the assay of triterpene content in a Centella asiatica extract sample using the Corona CAD detector is shown.
