Peptide Mapping and Small Protein Separations with Charged Surface Hybrid (CSH) C18 and TFA-Free Mobile Phases

This application note describes the comparison of a CSH130 C18, BEH130 C18, and a superficially porous C18 column for the LC/MS of an enolase tryptic digest. In addition, the applicability of these columns for separations of polypeptides up to 12 kDa is evaluated.
