The IntelliCyt Annexin V Apoptosis Screening Assay is a homogeneous screening assay that simultaneously measures three parameters by detecting two fluorescent markers at different stages of the apoptotic process and cell count/concentration. In this application note it is shown that the IntelliCyt Annexin V Apoptosis Screening Assay on the HTFC Screening System provides a robust and reliable screening method for confidently identifying apoptotic potential in compound screens.
