This application note shows a comparative functional evaluation of the NanoVue and NanoDrop™ spectrophotometers to measure protein samples of known and unknown concentrations at 280 nm and also, with the following commercially available colorimetric protein assay kits: Biuret, BCA, Lowry and Bradford.
