Triple Quadrupole LCMS Analysis of Aflatoxins in Food Samples

This application note describes a method, using the Agilent 6460 triple quadrupole LC/MS, for high sensitivity analysis of carcinogenic aflatoxins in various food samples. This methodology eliminates the need for expensive immuno-affinity clean-up columns and reduces the probability of false positives to almost zero.
