The methodology in this note describes the identification and quanititation of anabolic steroids in human urine matrix. The ability to reliably detect and quantitate low concentrations of steroids in complex biological matrices is a challenge. In recent years, it has become clear that triple quadrupole technology provides the appropriate tools necessary for low concentration drug screening analysis.
