This application poster addresses the need for scalable, reproducible, low cost and regulatory-friendly technologies to enable clinical use of human embryonic stem cell (hESC)-based therapeutics. Here, the development of a fully synthetic, xeno-free surface for culture of undifferentiated hESCs is described.
