The Application of Synapt HDMS for the Conformational Studies of Protein Complexes
30 Nov 2007

The Waters Synapt High Defintion Mass Spectrometry (HDMS) System combines high-efficiency ion mobility-based (IMS) measurements and separations with a hybrid quadrupole orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight (oa-TOF) mass spectrometer. This application note describes the analysis of GroEL, an 800 kDa non-covalently associated protein-protein complex, using the Synapt HDMS System.
