Simultaneous Determination of Therapeutic Drug Analytes in Human Plasma using LC/MS/MS

In this application note from Agilent, simultaneous determination of various drug analytes in human plasma by LC/MS/MS for clinical research has been described. The mass spectral parameters were optimised within a day using MassHunter Optimizer software, which identified the most abundant product ions in a mass spectrum along with the most suitable fragmentor voltages and collision energies required for generating these product ions.
